These Terms & Conditions explain how our website and store operate, including ordering, payment, delivery, returns and your rights as a customer.

By using our website or purchasing products from Little RE Gifts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Little RE Gifts is an Australian business and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About Little RE Gifts

Little RE Gifts sells baby and children’s gifts and related products through our online store and physical retail store.

2. Using our website

You are welcome to browse and use our website for your personal and lawful purposes.

You must not:

• use our website for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of our website;
• copy, reproduce or use our website content without our permission;
• knowingly introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material; or
• use information from our website to compete with Little RE Gifts without our written permission.

We do our best to keep our website accurate, secure and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors or interruptions.

3. Product information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings or lighting.

Product images may also include styling or accessories that are not included with the product. Please refer to the product description for details of what is included.

If you are unsure about a product, size, colour or suitability, please contact us before placing your order.

All products sold by Little RE Gifts are ready-made products. We do not currently offer personalised or made-to-order products.

4. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

We do our best to keep our online stock levels accurate. However, as we also operate a physical store, an item may occasionally sell in-store before our online stock has been updated.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement where available or a refund for the unavailable item.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, you will not be charged for products we cannot supply.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Where applicable, prices include GST.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate. Occasionally, an obvious pricing error may occur due to a website, technical or human error.

If we identify a significant pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order further. You will have the option to confirm the purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Little RE Gifts reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where an obvious error has occurred.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• the product being unavailable;
• an obvious pricing or product description error;
• suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
• technical errors affecting the order; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.

7. Payment

Little RE Gifts accepts the following payment methods through our Squarespace online store:

• Visa and Mastercard debit cards;
• Visa and Mastercard credit cards;
• Apple Pay; and
• Google Pay.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be confirmed and dispatched.

Payment details are processed through Squarespace and its applicable payment service providers. Little RE Gifts does not store your full credit or debit card details.

Payment providers may collect and handle payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

If a payment is declined or cannot be successfully processed, we may be unable to fulfil the order until payment has been successfully completed.

8. Delivery & shipping

Little RE Gifts ships orders Australia-wide only using Australia Post.

A flat shipping fee of $14 applies to all online orders.

We do not currently offer international shipping or Click & Collect.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Orders are dispatched from postcode 4505, Queensland.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Australia Post delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, Australia Post’s delivery network, public holidays, peak periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For the most up-to-date estimated delivery times, please use the Australia Post postage and delivery time calculator by entering postcode 4505 as the sending postcode and your postcode as the destination.

Australia Post currently advises that regular Parcel Post generally takes 2 to 6 business days, although delivery times can vary depending on the origin and destination.

Please note that the Australia Post delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched. It does not include Little RE Gifts’ processing and dispatch time.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Little RE Gifts is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at littleregifts@gmail.com and we will assist you where we can.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Returns & refunds

Little RE Gifts does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes circumstances where a customer:

• changes their mind;
• purchases the wrong size or colour;
• decides they no longer want the item; or
• finds the item cheaper elsewhere.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

We take care when packing orders, but occasionally something can go wrong.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

• your product arrives damaged;
• you receive the wrong product;
• an item is missing from your order;
• a product is faulty or defective; or
• the product does not match its description.

Please email littleregifts@gmail.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, Little RE Gifts will provide the appropriate remedy required by law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

These guarantees include that products must, among other things:

• be of acceptable quality;
• be safe;
• be durable;
• match their description;
• be fit for any purpose that we have represented they are suitable for; and
• match any sample or demonstration model where applicable.

Our no change-of-mind policy does not affect these rights.

12. Promotions & discount codes

From time to time, Little RE Gifts may offer sales, promotions, discount codes or special offers.

Each promotion may have specific terms, including:

• start and end dates;
• eligible products;
• minimum spend requirements;
• exclusions;
• whether discount codes can be combined; and
• whether the offer is available online, in-store or both.

Promotional terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional discount code may be used per transaction.

Little RE Gifts reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where there has been an obvious error or where circumstances outside our reasonable control require us to do so.

Nothing in a promotion removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Product safety

Little RE Gifts takes product safety seriously, particularly because many of our products are intended for babies and children.

Customers should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, age recommendations, warnings and safety information supplied with a product.

Products should be used only for their intended purpose and under appropriate adult supervision where required.

If you believe a product purchased from Little RE Gifts may be unsafe, please contact us immediately at littleregifts@gmail.com.

Where appropriate, we may contact customers regarding product recalls or safety notices.

14. Website content & intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Little RE Gifts website, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, branding, designs and other website material, belongs to Little RE Gifts or is used with permission.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

You may use the website for personal shopping and browsing purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, delivery services, social media platforms or other services.

These third parties operate independently from Little RE Gifts and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Little RE Gifts is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites or services.

We collect and use personal information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order information where necessary to process purchases, communicate with customers and provide our services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you provide Little RE Gifts with feedback, photographs, reviews or other content, you agree that we may use that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes where you have given us permission to do so.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase will generally be the version that was in place at the time you placed your order, unless a change is required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian and Queensland laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a customer from exercising rights available to them under the Australian Consumer Law.
